Plot Synopsis
An emotionally fragile ballet teacher is sexually assaulted by her drunken, judge father-in-law. When she tells her weak-willed lawyer husband, he dismisses her charge as outlandish. Becoming depressed and isolated she is forced into a gruesome, profit motivated mental hospital by her influential father-in-law and a corrupt shrink. With the help of a caring psychiatrist in another facility she ultimately finds the courage to confront her dysfunctional family.
