Plot Synopsis
Based on the novel by Christina Bartlolomeo. A dress shop owner from a large Italian/Irish American family finds her personal relationships strained because of her continuing battles with her imperious father. Her uninspired life completely changes when one of her sisters plays Cupid and introducer her to a fun-loving, scruffy, New York lawyer who is just the complete opposite of her staid, unromantic, ''from-a-good family'' fiancee.
