Plot Synopsis
In 1987, Alex Kelly, a star athlete at a Connecticut high school, is accused of date rape. On the eve of his trial he jumped bail and fled to Europe where he lived the high life in luxurious ski resorts. With the support of his parents, he remained a fugitive for 8 years, until he was apprehended and brought back to face justice. He was convicted of the crime and sent to prison.
