Plot Synopsis

A business executive is sent to the rural Nebraska town where he grew up to downsize one of his companies factories. He is soon faced with the dilemma of following his boss's orders or following his heart when he falls for a head-strong factory worker. He eventually convinces the home office to modify the plant and make a more cost effective product while retaining all the current employees. He returns to mange the factory and settle down with this new lady love. A merry Christmas is had by all.
