Plot Synopsis

Based on the book by Donna VanLiere. Sequel to the 2002 TV Movie "The Christmas Shoes". Nathan Andrews has grown up and is now doctor. After he loses a patient and old memories are triggered, he begins to rethink his career, and moves back home with his father. There, he meets a beautiful, young teacher, Megan Sullivan, and falls in love with her. One of her students also wins a special place in his heart as, like him, he also lost his mother at an early age. With Megan's help, he begins to realizes that he must let go of the past in order to move on with his life. Soon his world begins to crumble when the lives of the woman he loves and the boy are in crisis. Now, he finds himself questioning God, fate and the fragility of life, all the while hoping for a Christmas miracle.
