Plot Synopsis
Sequel to 1994 TV movie based on the 1980s series. When a New York city homeless man, who has been terrorizing the tenants of an upscale apartment building, is found murdered, the police arrest another transient for the crime. Cagney and Lacey believe him to be innocent and set out to uncover the real killer. While investigating the harassed residents of the neighborhood the two women also deal with problems in their personal lives. They finally crack the case and arrest an unbalanced tenant who feared for the life of his beloved dog.
