Plot Synopsis

Based on the novel "A Christmas Bride" by Hope Ramsay. When Willow Petersen returns to her Blue Ridge Mountain hometown to help prepare for her sisters wedding, she is surprised to learn that the picturesque Eagle Ridge Inn that her family sold following her dad's passing several years ago is for sale. After talking the inn's owner, handsome widower David Lyndon, into letting her repurpose the inn's barn into a venue for the upcoming Christmas wedding, Willow reignites her love for the old inn. As she spends more and more time with David she becomes very attached to his 10-year old daughter Natalie, as well as to him. What began as a working relationship to get the inn ready for a wedding and for sale has grown very warm. David even asks Willow if she would ever consider moving back there and she admits she would for the right reason. David's potential buyer for the inn shows up unexpectedly and is so impressed with the site of the inn all decorated and filled with guests that he declares to David that he wants to make the purchase. Having seen how Willow has made the inn come alive with laughter and love again, David is experiencing second thoughts about selling. And without knowing David has a buyer, Willow puts together her own plan to purchase the inn with an investment partner. With clashing plans for the inn's future, a wedding to pull off and their future as a couple uncertain, Willow and David must realize what is truly important in order to find the happiness they've each been seeking.
