Plot Synopsis
A beautiful undercover cop who is also a high-kicking martial arts expert joins forces with an arrogant best-selling true-crime writer to find the Death Row escapee who killed her father. Although they are like oil and water, the dueling duo pursue the trail which leads them on an adventurous and dangerous chase from San Diego to Mexico.
