Plot Synopsis

A police officer who, along with his wife, leaves the big city in search of a more peaceful life. While camping in the woods his wife is brutally attacked. The dazed woman thinks she recognizes the man who brutalized her and her husband goes nuts and savagely beats him. When she accuses someone else he realizes he may have made a terrible mistake. When the man is found dead he learns it is the Sheriff's son. Hiding his secret but knowing he didn't kill the young man, he races to find the real killer before the grieving Sheriff accuses him.
