Plot Synopsis
A hard driving investigator for the National Transportation Safety Board finds himself investigating a mid-air collision which claimed 185 lives. He finds unsettling evidence of equipment failures and bureaucratic coverups that may vindicate the embattled air traffic controller who is being blamed for the crash.
