Plot Synopsis
A female undercover cop, disgusted with the lack of justice on the streets and suspended from the force for threatening her father's murderer, transforms herself into the ''Black Scorpion'', a masked vigilante hero. Her first order of business is to stop a villainous scientist from taking over the city's new negative ion generator tower which he plans to load with a strong dose of poison.
