Plot Synopsis

An award-winning local television news anchor is fired when her boss decides to hire someone younger. Unable to find another job she decides to reinvent herself with a little plastic surgery and a whole new lifestyle make-over. In a new town she gets hired as a secretary to a news director who reluctantly lets her take the place of departed anchor. When another anchor is replaced by a young one, she realizes she must make a stand against blatant ageism and quits her job.
