Plot Synopsis

When the demon god Loki destroys the fortress of Valhalla and steals the Hammer of Invincibility, only the young hero Thor can protect Earth from Armageddon. He learns the hammer will reappear near Los Angeles. Thor and his guardian demigoddess Jarnsaxa find the hammer just as Loki begins to attack the city. Armed with the hammer, Thor and Jarnsaxa defeat Loki. In the warehouse, as Thor places the hammer on the mantle, Loki returns out of the rune-stone and summons the Garmr from the netherworld. They crush the warehouse and ambush Thor. They are about to kill Thor and take the hammer when Jarnsaxa returns, sacrificing herself so Thor can escape. Loki and the Garmr, along with hundreds of poison spitting reptiles, descend upon Los Angeles. Now, nothing on earth can stop Loki. As molten rock oozes all around Thor, he reaches into the lava and starts forging his own hammer. In an epic battle he permanently destroys the evil demons forever. Thor has earned a place in Asgard amongst the gods, but he realizes that his destiny is on Earth, protecting his own world.
