Plot Synopsis
Based on "The 9/11 Commission Report". On September 11, 2001 terrorists used four planes as lethal weapons against the United States. In the aftermath of the destruction, a bipartisan commission was formed, to determine how such an attack could have happened. Their findings document the trail from the 1993 World Trade center bombing to the tragedy of 9/11. Behind closed doors at the CIA, FBI, and White House and into the world of counterterrorism, government officials, stalled by bureaucracy and crippled by intelligence agencies infighting. failed to thwart the al Queda terrorist plot.
