Plot Synopsis
Based on the book by Truman Capote. On November 14, 1959, in Holcomb, Kansas a volatile ex-con named Perry Smith and his low-life accomplice Dick Hickock, plan to rob the well-to-do Clutter family. Their robbery scheme soon turns into a vicious killing spree, leaving four family members brutally murdered. As the community mourns the loss of their neighbors, FBI Agent Alvin Dewey launches a nationwide search to find the killers. The two felons are eventually captured, convicted and executed.
