Plot Synopsis
Based on the novel by Stuart Wood. In a small southern town the mass murders of transient youths over a forty year period confound three different police chiefs during their respective commands. The case is eventually solved when a it is uncovered that a disturbed local man, harboring a long festering resentment, is the perpetrator.
