Plot Synopsis
This six hour miniseries chronicles the adventures of Captain James Cook the famous English explorer who charted New Zealand and the east coast of Australia (1768-71) and mapped numerous tropical islands. He was murdered in 1779 by natives in Hawaii on his third voyage in search of a northwest passage.
