In honor of tonight's second season premiere, we're giving away a Season 1 DVD of PIONEERS OF TELEVISION. If you just can't get enough of these TV icons, then enter our giveaway before Monday, January 24, 2011. Plus, after you enter the giveaway, you can test your knowledge of classic TV with our fun trivia game!
The four-part new season of PIONEERS OF TELEVISION delves into the inside stories of the visionaries who shaped four popular TV genres: Science Fiction, Westerns, Crime Dramas, and Local Kids' TV. Stars such as James Garner, William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, Nichelle Nichols, Angie Dickinson, Bill Cosby, Robert Culp, Stefanie Powers, Martin Landau, Peter Graves, Robert Conrad, Linda Evans, Mike Connors, Fess Parker and writer Stephen J. Cannell are among those interviewed whose imprint on these iconic genres still impact the medium today.
Season 2 of PIONEERS OF TELEVISION debuts Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at 8 pm on PBS with new episodes airing each Tuesday through February 8. Enter the PIONEERS OF TELEVISION DVD Giveaway
To enter TV Tango's giveaway, you should scroll down and take a one-question quiz about PIONEERS OF TELEVISION. The person who enters the giveaway before 11:59PM (Pacific Time) on Monday, January 24, 2011 and correctly answers the question scores one DVD of the first season of PIONEERS OF TELEVISION. If there is a tie and multiple people answer correctly, then a single person from that group will be randomly selected to receive the giveaway. The recipient must reside in the United States and be at least 18 years old.
